Child Safety Standards

Dabei is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our app and services. We do not tolerate any behavior, content, or activity that endangers minors, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This page describes our standards, how we enforce them, and how anyone can report a concern, in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Dabei has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We do not permit any user to upload, share, request, distribute, or link to CSAM in any form, anywhere on our platform.

Any account found to be involved with CSAM will be immediately and permanently removed, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

The following are strictly prohibited on Dabei:

• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to arrange in-person meetings with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format.
• Creating events, profiles, or messages intended to target, exploit, or endanger children.
• Any other behavior that facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation, online or offline.

Any user can report content, an event, or an account directly from within the app using the report option available on profiles, events, and messages. Reports can also be sent to cmaigual25@hotmail.com, which is monitored by our team.

When reporting, please include as much detail as possible: the user or event involved, what you saw, and when. You do not need to create an account or be affected personally to submit a report.

Reports involving suspected CSAE or CSAM are treated as our highest priority. We review these reports on an expedited basis and remove violating content and accounts immediately upon confirmation, without waiting for the standard moderation queue.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, NCMEC, and other relevant authorities when legally required, including preserving and disclosing relevant account information and content in response to valid legal process, and proactively reporting confirmed CSAM as required by law.

Accounts found to violate this Child Safety policy are permanently banned from Dabei, with no option for reinstatement. We may also take additional action, including removing associated content and reporting the account to authorities, regardless of whether the user is notified in advance.

Dabei requires users to be at least 16 years old, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly allow children under this age to create accounts. If we become aware of an account belonging to a child under our minimum age, we will disable it.

Because Dabei involves discovering and organizing in-person events, we urge all users to use caution, meet in public places, and immediately report any interaction that seems intended to target or endanger a minor.

Dabei maintains these Child Safety Standards in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for apps that allow user-generated content and user interaction. This includes a public standards page (this page), a designated point of contact for child safety concerns, dedicated and expedited reporting channels for CSAE content, and defined moderation and law-enforcement cooperation practices, as described above.
